Linear Weighers provide a semi-automatic weighing and filling solution of packing free-flowing dry food and non-food items in bulk quantities.
The Linear Weigher is set to a pre-determine target weight and bulk product is loaded into the receiving hopper. Using a vibrating mechanism, product is fed into the weigh pan until the desired target weight is reached. The Operator then releases the goods to an outlet chute for feeding into the open bag or container.
These compact machines are ideal for repetitive filling of open bags or containers with regular shaped dried product such as tea, sugar, powders, grains, seeds, nuts, rice, pasta, spices and confectionery, metal or plastic componentry
